Proptefi is the publication's powering company. I run it. The relationship is in the footer of every page.
I profile competitors freely. If I respect what a founder is building, the founder gets the profile. The act of featuring is the disclosure.
Material conflicts get an inline disclosure block. Equity, family, recent commercial counterparty, prior employer in the last five years. Plain competition does not qualify.
No sponsorship from companies I profile within 90 days. Pay-to-play does not exist here.
No sponsorship from companies I or Proptefi hold equity in. Profile is allowed with disclosure. Sponsorship is not.
Editorial decisions are mine alone. Sponsors do not see articles before they ship. Founders get a fact-check window, not a review.
